Ensure your space is free from clutter & children’s toys to avoid contact with overspray
Ensure all food products are stored appropriately and in cupboards or your refrigerator.

Ensure hard floors are mopped (we recommend not mopping your floors for 3-4 days post treatment)
You must advise us of any pets or of any personal or family/staff allergies, or other health concerns prior to your treatment being carried out.
During Treatment
We recommend that you leave the house whilst your treatment is being carried out where practical to do so. Children and Pets should not be in the home during treatment.
If you think you may be allergic to the pesticides used or suffer any form of reaction it is recommended you leave the building prior treatment and remain away for the remainder of the day.
Keep all doors and windows closed during any external treatment and keep closed until the odour has cleared. (This could take up to 3-4 hours). This is to avoid any unpleasant odours entering the interior of your home.
After Treatment
Avoid direct contact with Insecticide residues until dry. (This could take up to 3-4 hours in some cases). Times may be considerably less for exterior areas.
All pets should be kept away from treated areas, and aquariums, terrariums and bird cages should remain covered until dry and any odour has cleared.
Should you suspect anyone has come in contact with treated areas and has been affected in any way, Contact Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 and have this notice with you. The Poisons Information Centre may ask for further information.
If you enter the roof void/ceiling space after the treatment is completed (within 6 months minimum) wear overalls, face mask, and gloves to avoid contact with any insecticidal products (insecticide powders and/or rodent bait). The overalls and gloves should be washed immediately after use or as soon as practicable.
Infants and children should be kept off the floors and away from skirting boards until the product is dry.
Keep all uncovered food, food containers and all food utensils from contact with treated surfaces.
Make arrangements for recommended maintenance, remedial and cleaning works to be carried out as per your technician’s service report. Not following these recommendations may void and warranties, guarantees or free service periods offered with your services.
Please avoid hanging washing from clothes lines until all spray residues have dried outside.
Please allow 2 weeks after service before cleaning away spider webbing & chemical spray residues from glass on windows.
